Cao Yue Seminar - 3 Section Staff & Wu Long Tong Hua Pao
Instructor Cao Yue, an Asian Wushu Games Youth Champion, is currently a coach at Wu Bin's training school in Beijing. Wushu West was fortunate enough to have him teach two sessions last week, which included a session on Wu Long Tong Hua Pao, which is an ancient traditional hand form that builds supple explosive power and grace.
